Hey guys,

I'm coming across another Soarer drivers side airbag in grey. If anyone wants to trade their Lexus drivers side airbag, let me know.

I think i'm the only one here in the states with this in my car, I think it makes it look sweet! Anyways, PM me or email me if you guys are interested!

How do you actually remove the airbag from the steering wheel, or has this been covered in another thread?

 

You have to unplug your battery so that there is no electrical current running through the car. Also let it sit there for about 15 minutes to ensure everything is out.

Then there are 2 covers that you need to remove. One on each side of the steering wheel. If you look at it, you'll know what i'm talking about.

After you pop the covers, I believe there are 2 torx screws on each side that you unscrew. Once they're unscrewed, you can unplug the airbag.
