Its that time of year again!
This winter I decided to save up for something solid, and bought a '97 4Runner. I've always wanted one of these, knowing they're super reliable and capable of almost anything. High mileage at 370k, 4Runners are as dependable as SC's when it comes to mileage.
I want to keep it stock for the most part, but unfortunately the mod-bug is already itching! Anyone familiar with 4Runners? Any easy mods I can do to improve fuel economy and give it a little more get-up-and-go? Its pretty gutless, and just as bad on gas as SC's lol. Do BFI's work the same on 4x4's as they do on sports cars??
Also included a pic of whats hibernating for the winter..
