Ok, so just tore open the UPS box and was looking over my new 5000k HID kit and am stumped at two of the connectors on the bulb harness.

Explain to me where plugs Wtf #1 and Wtf #2 are supposed to plug into. The original headlight plug, plugs into the relay harness. So that takes that plug out of the equation. Are Wtf 1 & 2 just supposed to hang free? The instructions show how to hook up the relay harness and that is it. I feel like a dummy, is it obvious where these are supposed to go?



And just for the hell of it, I bought new headlights, here is one next to the old one. Amazing difference.

wtf#2 connects to the factory harness and wtf#1 should have something to plug into (i believe its the relay that comes with the kit)... lol sorry i just got this kit in september and it works amazing. I got the 6300k, I can check my wiring for you tomorrow!
Don't forget to ground your relay!

 

wtf #2 is supposed to plug into the factory connector and wtf #1 plugs into the ballast. Since you have a relay harness you do not need these connections but they can still be used to extend the relay harness if needed.
