i have used the search button plenty of times for this question.

i have disassembled the tilt steering component and am having trouble with removing the blue wheel thing. paper clips, tweezers, nothing works. and yea, i have unscrewed the nut from the bolt already. anybody else have trouble with this? solution?

also, does anybody know where i may be able to get a replacement because mine may be stripped from what it looks like.
