Don't confuse this with a GForce reflashed ECU- I have one in my supra and it's an actual reprogrammed factory ECU that runs about $700 new, you can find them used for about $450ish

So it connects to the Intake Air Temperature Sensor. I'm guessing it changes what the ecu thinks the temperature is at and therefore changes the correction factor for the fuel. As in, it simply makes the car run richer or leaner.

LAME if all it does is add more fuel.

I would be afraid this thing would throw a code/engine light for $69 bucks.

sounds like the MAF-removal mod. I.E. unplug the MAF and you feel more torque cause the air entering the manifold will be colder.

revival.
And all that does is raise the rev limiter and remove the speed cut.

There's different options, the most basic just does that but mine also has an adjusted fuel map to lean out the factory super rich tune and eliminate the 4kRPM lean spot. I picked up 40whp peak from it and almost the entire curve was moved up. Also with a ported head an extra 700RPM widened out my powerband.

I didn't know that. Anyway how can I tell what exactly was done? I want to describe mine properly as I'm about to sell it. All I was told was that it has no speed cut & higher rev limit. I wonder if there is there a serial number or markings on the ECU?
Found them online: http://www.technosquareinc.com/lexus.htm

definitely not its b.s. if you want a chip that does stuff it'll cost you way more than that.. not worth it throwing an engine light in ur car cuz of some cheap *** chip..

This looks different from the resistors that plug into the IAT sensor. My brother sold those resistors on ebay for years. Sold over 4000 of them with a 99.something positive feedback rating on them. They do work but provide only very modest gains similar to that of a cold air intake. Around 6-9HP average. Bigger the engine the bigger the gain. He was straight up with people tho about what it was, what it did and what to expect. Only charged about 6-7 bucks for them too.

He moved and got out of it for a while but started up small time with again, i think he calls it an n/Chip (stands for not a chip LOL)

Well you're not going to like the answer . I was lucky enough to get the original documentation, however a buddy of mine wasn't and had to do trial by error. So first, he got rid of his greddy speed cut and make sure it was work at the 120? (don't quote me on that) stock speed cut. Then installed flashed ECU, speed cut was gone. Rev limit was easy, just revved it to 7500 and it worked. Now the tune- he went to the dyno and had them read his AFRs with both ECUs. His reflashed ECU had a near identical map to stock, so no repogramming. Installed mine, and there was an obvious change in the curve with no lean spot at 4k and a leaner mix overall
