I LOVE FD's, but I would not own because every person I know that has them have a ***** of time when something goes wrong and alot of shops around here wont touch rotary engines.

Agreed, but I prefer Samberg's conversion products.

One thing though, I'm only 6' tall and my head hits the sunroof in an FD.

That doesn't sound good. I'm also 6 feet tall, but I've never been in an RX-7 before.

I'd say go for it if it's in good shape with low mileage. Drop an LS1 in it and you're good to go. I hear rotary engines suck though. It's also a pretty big gamble at the same time. Inspect the car before agreeing to the trade.

You won't need this forum after you trade.

hell yeah! i love FD's they were my dream car back in the days. either throw a LSX or a 2jzgte and you'll have loads of fun. Rotary they aren't too fun to take care of but once its running its crazy. To bad its auto though

but then again the rx7club community is pretty harsh. i personally think CL> other forums

Why can't people just call these things an RX7? Who started all this FD bs?
