Great job man! Hard work pays off, are you doing custom exhaust with high flow cats or using the stock one?

I am going to use the stock one for now. As far as I can see I only had two cats which are now gone. The "centre cat" in the Canadian version is not a cat as the US version with the sub-cat which is US spec only.

Found out that the transmission won't fit between the headers for installation. I had to loosen the passenger side, install the tranny, and then retighten the header. Not too bad as the passenger side has the most room. Will find out how the exhaust fits very soon. Everything has clearance so far.

Got everything hooked up... That I can. The drivers side header and exhaust do not line up, so it is off to the shop for some welding, to make everything fit right.

I am using an aftermarket ring gasket, similar to the factory metal ring gasket.

LOL, I live in a one horse town with basically only two mechanic shops and both are pretty busy. I don't weld so it is at the shop waiting. I did drive it the short distance to the shop. Based on that, the sound is reminiscent of a ZZ Top concert I went to in the late seventies.

Picked up the car. I am still using the stock exhaust so the sound is just a little more throaty. I will have to have someone else do a drive by in it to see what it sounds like. There is no check engine light but I have only driven it six miles.

Throaty. Check.
No CEL. Check.

But does it feel more powerful to you?
