I tried jumping the E1 and TE1 pins on the diagnostic box by the engine, this is what I got.
1 long blink followed by 3 fast ones, meaning 13 right?
Then I got 3 fast blink
Then just one, after a short time, the process repeated itself, but I searched and there's no codes 3 or 1. So far I'm trying to figure out and fix the code 13 problem but what are the other blinks?

 

13 is no RPM signal

there is a code31 which indicates the MAF has a bad connection or is on its way out

is there anyway you can post a video?

 

I'll try to use my camera phone and see if I can put it here today.
