Sorry, The harmonic balancers/(I think toyota sometimes calls it a crank pulley sub assembly?) used on the 2 engines are different.

The 1UZ-FE (SC400) uses Toyota part number 13407-50030. The 2JZ-GE (SC300) uses 13407-46020.

 

figured so. i tried looking for the part numbers for comparison but couldnt.
