In the manual it says using piano wires to cut through the glue. I didn't have any piano wires laying around so I went for a pack of guitar strings. It actually cut through the glue/weather stripping pretty good. Make sure you have patience, take time at it because the string heats up fast and it would break. Also you need two people to do this method. I started at the bottom and worked my way up, the corners and the side got real tricky and finally I was really tired and went through five guitar strings, I tried a utility knife at it til finish.

Picked up a window at a local junkyard, had to strip off the old glue off, then clean it it all out. Used glue and weather stripping at Autozone, rewired the defrost and everything. $45 for the window and $30 for glue and weather stripping.

If you don't have any access to piano wire of guitar string, I think the braided fishing line would work just as well. You can pick that stuff up at any major store, Wal-Mart and such.

I "pulled" mine for $45 but I was offered online ones from $100 to $200.
