I didn't say it was a nice boat Our boat is this old 28' cruiser (it is a '64 wooden). We bought it to fix up, and right now it is getting a new hull, fully operational toilet, and running fresh water for the wet bar. My dad is actually wanting to turbo it while it is torn apart, but I think that is a bit far fetched. No reason to dump too much money in something that will never be worth more than $10k.

Eth, true, but you have invested over $100,000 in the SC, i'm sure you and your pops would agree with me that you can't put a pricetag on hapiness. Lord knows how much I sunk into my GN's and nitrous cars, but how can that compare to the feeling you get when you embarrass big block Chevelles with ladder bars and slicks? There's nothing like a single digit timeslip. Oh, and how is a boat with a f#cking wet bar not considered a nice boat? I hate you Eth, really......

Its in the shop getting the new hull right now. It is supposed to be out in 3-4 weeks.. I will snap some pics then, so you believe it really isn't a very nice boat (nice for its age, but not nearly as nice as what we would have bought if we hadn't gotten wrapped up in the Lexus!)

Sorry to stomp on the thread, just wanted to get Ethan's attention:
Dude, look at your PM on the TT auto diff. I'll take it. I'm ready when you are. I'll probably have Larry install it. Any idea what he'd charge? I'm tired of working on my car.

Resume thread, please.
Is XM better than Sirius?
It seems like the better choice, but anyone know how they compare?

Toog4me,
"Go into a local goodguys, they have them all in display."
That would be tough for people not on the west coast. The "bad" guys is only in california, nevada, and a few stores north.
