Default Is this SC300 worth it?

So I've always wanted an SC300 for as long as I can remember. And now with the recent sell of my car I am in the market for another car. I came across a 1993 SC300 MT w/ 136k miles. He's asking $9,700 for it. SC's are pretty common around my area as well. Here are some more specs about the car...

"136K ORIGINAL MILES
A/C HEATER WORKS GREAT
CLEAN TITLE
Full AUTHENIC Auto Couture Kit
White Exterior with Full Black Interior!!!!!!!!!
97+ Front grill
97+ Tails
97+ Door Moldings
97+ Fogs (not yet installed but included)
8k HID
Stance Gr+ Coilovers
19" SSR SP1's
HKS cf axle back exhaust
k&n intake
pioneer premier head unit cd / mp3 ipod and bluetooth phone control. All the mids have been replaced too . Its got a new 12" alpine type-x in the trunk
alpine amp
trunk and rear deck has dynomatted

*front bumper is cracked. got an estimate. $450 to fix*"

Do you guys think it's worth $9,700? I personally don't think so. Especially since it is a buyer's market right now. I shot him an offer of $6,200, but he was saying it was way too low. I don't mind the car without the car system and all. The black interior was swapped. It used to be tan. I was wondering what a fair price for this car would be. Regardless of the 97+ upgrades, you can't sell a car without a bumper and all...

No, not in this current economy.

I personally would wait for a clean stock one and tastefully modify it the way YOU want, not someone else's work or style.

Good luck and if you decide to wait for another, be patient, took me over a year :/

I really don't mind the way he's modded this car. I could do without some of the modifications though. I just want to pick it up for the right price and I wouldn't pay $9,700 for it as-is. I KBB'd the car and it's $4,100 stock for a good condition one.

So not worth it! These people cease to see once you put all that money in a car, they'll never get it back. That's why I'm gonna keep mine until... lol

I think your offer of 6,200 was a decent offer. If anything it would be 6,500~7k fair price, it sounds like a nicely modded sc300 with the whole exterior done.

Yeah, I think I'm going to stick with my offer or around that. I won't go past $7,000 for that car. His asking price is way too high.

It is a clean car, but not worth how much he is asking it for.

Your offer was fair. I wouldn't go a penny above it - because just like this seller, when you go to sell it you won't see that money...

Yeah I agree with this. I probably wouldn't want to dip into the $7,000 for this car. I believe it's worth around $6,500.

That's a lot of money, but then again the body kit is legit and the SSR's are super nice! If the paint is really nice and if the miles were a lot lower, I'd go for it. Don't pay too much, especially if you're not completely feeling the way he modded it. I'm sure you could sell the wheels and body kit if you got it for $7,000 or something.

Yeah I'm not going to rush into this car unless he gives me a reasonable/good deal on it. I don't want to dish out a lot of cash considering I sold my car because of financial reasons.
