Hi guys im new here and just got my sc300 this weekend and loving it! aha .
so i was wondering about the 1jz swap and i was thinking about getting the engine only and used my stock w58 tranny with it and then later on the road ill pick up a r154 tranny. Since i don't know much im guessing im gonna need to get 1jz ecu and harness?

 

Welcome, that's great that you already have a 5speed... many will envy that.


But I'm not sure I understand your question... You don't know "how much", how much what? How much it costs?

And yes, you will need the ECU and harness..
