Who makes this digital gauge assembly and how much does it cost?

 

That is the stock guage cluster for the Toyota Soarer (aka Lexus SC300/400). I believe that there have been some attempts to put it in the Lexus SC, but w/ no success due to different wiring harnesses. Do a search for Soarer guage or something like that b/c there have been a few threads about it
