Welcome to CL! wow just dying the carpet made a huge difference it looks good! how exactly did u do it? Im thinking of doing this myself

Rit dye. There are a few write ups floating around the net but the skinny is you mix up the dye with water and apply it to the carpet and let it dry. It's best to have the carpet out so it can dry quicker IMO. It took the better part of a week to dry completely. It would have been quicker if I would have been able to set it in the sun more, but we had a lot of rain that week.
