Default "cold start" sc400 problem and needles

I don't know what my sc400's problem is but everyday it will decide that it wants to take multiple mins of me turning it over to finally start. Right before it starts it begans to sputter and sound like its knocking than it will stay on by itself like its getting no gas than about two more attempts it will crank right up.

i have done the fuel pump "bypass" already and it still seems like its having a fuel problem any one else know what it could be from what i described???

also my tach and speedo dont always work they just stayed zeroed than about 10mins later of driving one will kick on. than about 5 more mins later the other will kick on. anyone ever experienced this???? its quite annoying, ANNNND the needles are burnt out!!! UGHHH!

Needles burnt out it sorta a regular on sc's. As for your cold start issue, I'd start by checking the plugs and see what they look like. And flow test the Fuel pump
