Hey guys,
I have a few questions about the SC400. I currently own a 93 Acura Legend 6speed Coupe. My dad owns a 92 Legend sedan. Its time for him to get another car and we have both come full circle back to Lexus. Now he wants the SC400 model. I was also thinking of getting one mysef until I found the 6 speed

I just want your comments or observations on these cars if you dont mind. Common problems, maintenance costs, trims, etc..... all the basic info. I know they are reliable vehicles, but he has no time for a car repairs (like everyone else). He is looking in the 92-94 range, and is also considering a 540 or M5. Thank you in advance.

I know its a very broad question.... It gets asked all the time on the legend forums too. Every make and model of car has common problems. I know the build quality of Toyota/Lexus is second to none if not the best, so I know there wont be anything about fatal flaws. But these luxury imports nickle and dime you to death..... acura, lexus, infiniti... all the same..... you get bent over when it comes to repairs. Thats really what I wanted to find out about.

Hey thanx for that though. . Just the exact information I was looking for. I dont think they sold the SC300 in Canada, just the SC400. Thats as far as I know as I have never seen one here for sale.... unless you guys know better.
