Wanna finish my gixxerdrew setup - possible coilover sleeve options?
Im currently running blue? blistein shocks with twin turbo supra springs and coilover sleeves that work with the tt springs but not the hypercoils.
So I pretty much need a coilover sleeve for the hypercoils, but I can't afford $70 a sleeve at the moment, and have been looking for cheaper alternatives
for those not familiar with the gixxerdrew setup here is a link
After a lil reading a 5" height 2" diameter coil over sleeve should work
Well on ebay motors there are millions of $30 coilover kits for hondas and other cars. These would be a pretty good cheap alternative to spending $280 on sleeves alone. Has any tried any of these or know if any of these cheap ebay coilover kits have slees that are 5" hieght and 2" diameter?

I think there is a reason Gixxer Drew did what he did. He built them for himself, it's not like he picked those sleeves so it would cost more, he picked them because they were quality parts.
I bet you that in 6 months those 20$ sleeves will be frozen stiffer than a corpse. 2 years later, mine are still in great shape.

Either that or we just discovered that everything else is overpriced, I'll leave it to you to be the judge.
