Nope. See the thing is, last week I had old tires on, and didn't have any problems. Vibration only started when I changed both front tires this monday.

Rotate the front to rear(rims with tires) to see if the problem goes away. Most likey its tire balancing issues or just a bad tire(s). Take em back to the tire shop and ask them to rebalance them.

Before I buy used tires I make sure that there are no plugs, patches or blisters to avoid any problems..

This should be very easy for you to verify for yourself, especially on a front tire. Just jack it up and spin it as fast as you can while holding a pencil or something (as steadily as you can) right next to the edge of the rim. The pencil gives you a stationary point of reference to see if the rim wobbles side-to-side or up-and-down.

one of the tires is patched from inside, can it be the issue?

where is the patch located? I've had patched tires before with no issues. Just go in and have them re-balanced where you bought them. Should be free

No, I doubt that that can be the problem. Have you tried rotating them front to back yet? Give that a shot, I bet it will improve the vibrating problem.

If you have a tire/rim problem, you would want to avoid having it up front cause you steer with the front wheels.. If its in the rear it will be less noticeable, IMO..

If your wheels are the same width, yeah rotate them.

I did that and it's still vibrating. Interesting discovery today, I lifted up the car, rotated the tire, and the thread was moving up and down at one spot. So it's a bad tire...

It's probably whatever punctured the tire, tore a belt internally too; causing the tire to grow a bump.
