Wow, that looks great man!
Turbodremz I want to be first in line to buy it. Its going to be cheaper to get yours. I mean I have my manifold and someone is willing to make it like yours for $250....think its worth it? I have a weird manifold, like it has a banjo bolt on the top...idk why?? Gah I feel newbish

So start up could of went better, Have some air leaks I need to take care of from gasket. Also I'm not sure why but my power steering is soo loud and super hard to turn, the reservoir is all bubbly??? And yes it has PS fluid.

its probably from the relocation. you need to get the air out of the system.

That plate looks like its Plexiglas or something. I hope you don't try and use that permanently and are just using it to trace out on a sheet of aluminum, or something that can stand up to high temps.
if you have a guy that can weld, easiest would be to cut both flanges off where they would line up and weld the uppers to the lowers.

You need to purge the PS, check the threads I started and you will see the one titled "PS or lack of?" and it has the steps how to purge it.

I was still considering doing this, but the TIG I had took a crap and havent got around to getting another one or getting it fixed, but it is definitely an option, and could help the height issue of the TT manifold.

Ive seen pics of it done before. it works but unless you are doing it yourself i imagine it could get expensive to get someone to weld it for you. i can't wait till i have a garage to use a tig.

Thanks for the input. Ya I do eventually want to get them welded together or at least a GE FFIM. I read on the IS forums car comes factory with ATF in the PS don't know If adding regular stuff ruined anything?

I don't think it would be a problem either way,It could be the unit itself.

I got a price to get the bottom runners and the top runners just welded together with no flanges along with the stock Throttle Body flange welded on for a whole 250 or less is what he said. Great guy too!
