Whats the Cheapest/Safest Way to Ship Fender

Hey guy/gals, i purchased a fender from a fellow member here on cl and we are facing a problem. The quote the gentleman got was 115 to la. Anyone know of a more cost effective way? I suggested greyhound.

usps that what i used to ship 4 is3 rims total was 105 for all 4
