Default iPhone hardwiring

I was tired of burning/changing CDs all the time, so I did iPhone hardwiring. I followed steps by one of the guides here on CL, now it works perfect. Sound is clear like a CD.

I followed THIS thread.

Yea, it was around $25 for cables and couple of hours, removing interior pieces, and running wire to the trunk (amplifier).

Cool mod. I already have a double din DVD player so I make DVD mp3s which hold about 1000 songs. I still want to hook up my iPhone to it.

All you need now is your Iphone jailbroken.. Nice install. I still use the Belkin Dock and rca jack to the back of the radio.

Yes, it's pretty firm in there, tried driving in mountains and hard braking, stays there firmly

Not really, the wiring was kind of easy but running the wire to the trunk takes some time, plus removing the cd changer and amp... I think you would be able to do that, try it this weekend
