Not certain. They look like regular polished lips. They were road-raced on a MKIV Supra before I bought them, there are ever-so tiny little rock knick's here and there and no sign of clear peeling or chipping, so I dont believe so.

These wheels are from your neck of the woods, Australia. Simmons actually closed shop in '09 Makes them that much more rare I guess

I'm a fan of Griot's products myself (www.griotsgarage.com ) But they sell the 3M metal polish paste and that can do amazing things too. We made a set of brushed aluminum rims look like chrome with it and their polishing pad.

I've used this stuff for years...

My friend didnt think his PS reservoir in his 96 T72 Supra would ever look good. 2 beers and 15 mins later, looked better than OEM with this stuff.
