Default car won't start

Issue: car won't start

details: car cranks but won't turn over, has fuel pressure, FP turns on.

story behind it: I was crusing to see if the car would shut off like it's been doing, I stopped to get some gas after about 3 miles of driving, the car shuts down while driving right as I leave the gas station, I coasted into another gas station where it's still at. It made no noises or smoke, just died. The battery had to be jumped to turn the car on, but it turned over on it's own after I turned it off at the gas station.

I need to get this car running so I can atleast get it to my house. After looking at the custer**** of an ecu wiring harness, and noticing alot of floating wires, I can only imagine what's going to be wrong.. can anyone point me in the right direction?

talked to the previous owner, he said it's likely going to be the igniter, I noticed a little bit of missing and 15 afr when I was idling it in my garage, are these symptoms of that?
