OK the ps pump has been replaced and the whinning noise went away but i still have stiff steering. now the solenoid on rack has been replaced with one purchased from aliga with a screen. its all been cleaned and i still have stiff steering. do i need a rack now or possibly flush the system again? the rack is the last thing i can think of. the old ps pump did run dry. someone please help.
