Any ideas as to what I can use to replace the filter with? Lexus wants to sell the entire modulator!

 

Had the " restricted flow problem" on my daughter's 95 ES300! Cleaned the filter and reset the check engine light code. Want to replace the filter with the OEM? Might try to get a similar material at Auto Zone. Any suggestions?
