I like how you can still see the outline for the reverse lights. That's pretty clean.

 

heres mine i done them using nite shades at about 5 coats and about 7 coats of clear.

i went on a soarer cruise here in west austrlaia the other day... some guy had those "crystal" lights you get from ebay (red bottom clear top) seriously i had NO idea when he was braking, the lights look OKAY on the shelf, but ON the car / being USED AS BRAKELIGHTS is NO. haha

 

you can see the light through them fine. mine are pretty dark. here they are on and off. i had them done at the body shop when my car got painted

 

i was bored one day.. getting new tail lights at some point soon anyway.. so figure id mess around with these ones

 

not a fan of dark tails. just hit them with some red and it would be kool

 

I will post some of mine. Dont have any saved to this computer. I only used 5 coats of the VHT night shades on the upper part of the orange. I like the way it turned out.

 

You must be referring to me. They're visible at night. It's day time that's the problem. If you smoke your tails, be prepared to buy a bunch of LED bulbs because the stock bulbs are way too dim, especially on the 92-94 tails. I may mod my 97's, but I doubt I'll ever black out taillights again unless the car is white or something.
