It happens to my Sc as well, she releasing the build-up of gas/Queefing.

Only ever had it happen to me in the SC. If anyone asks, I just tell them it's a Lexus feature that pressurizes the gas tank for superior tank pressure or some B.S.

I just make up a reason that sounds cool.

happens to me, never really thought it was unusual, I'm pretty sure gas attendants would mention something if it was a problem...

all normal, the gas cap or around it should say release slowly due to pressure, its different from my last cars but sounds nice

It's designed to do that. The only time the evaporative system purges the fuel tank is during idle and part throttle cruising. When you shut the car off, the vapors build up (due to temperature changes... the main one being your fuel pump running vs. off) until you start the car again.

My SC and my BMW alos do this. Especially on low or 1/4 tank of fuel. I have always been told its a good thing and its doing exactly what it was designed to do.
