It goes to show you all if the thief wants in it, they will get into it regardless where its parked, has good light, or has an alarm. Thats why its important NOT to post the inside of the car contents, and your car tags on ANY public website! Its like saying come take me, I have plenty of money. Last point, park it in the garage, NOT on the street, if all possible.. JMO. Sorry to hear about all the mishaps on here.

good things about our cars..
1) not a honda so not a high target rate
2) cant just pop the hood from under the fender and start with a flat head screwdriver
3) window doesnt bend back like a peice of rubber like hondas
4) 99% modded Lexus owners only come to one place ClubLexus.. parts are hard to pawn off to other Lexus owners without knowing if they are stolen vs the MANY honda forums.
5) I have a gun

My coupe was stolen from my driveway. They had to have had someone make a key at the dealer because the door lock wasn't jimmied and the ignition lock and steering column was in tact. When they took it I had just finished my 1j 5speed swap w/single turbo and computer upgrade. Found the car completely stripped from front to back. And yeah, I'm still PISSED about it. My parts have never showed up locally.

haha Integra. My GSR was broken into 3x, successfully jacked once. I gave up on her....still misses her. =(
(3 of the 4 times was on campus at UCSD)
Found her, fixed her, stole her. Picked up an SC, happily ever after. =)

My car was broken into before and they stole my entire center console, tv, heat and all. I would advise if u take ur car anywhere to get work done that u never leave anything with ur address on it.
The battery location is not the greatest due to it being able to be accessed by slightly prying open the hood in the middle and disconnecting the battery terminals. I had an alarm but with out it set to the highest it will never go off for something like this. I have since moved my battery!

Having my car broken into or stolen one day is one of my fears right now,thats why she sleeps in the garage and why im saving everything i got for my Tein springs and Clifford g5 alarm system.
