how many quarts of oil are needed for an oil change and what type of oil to use?

I cant seem to find the answer anywhere.

same as a 2JZ, about 5.5 quarts. 5W30 is what's recommended from the factory.

in all of my 1jz it has always been 20w50

I usually use 10w-30, since I'm in cali during the school year, and in Colorado for the summer, but during the winter in Colorado I use 5w-30.

5 litres exactly, so around 5.25 quarts. Factory weight is 10w30, I used 10w60 in my 1j and my current 1.5j with no issues in 6 years of hard driving.
