We have both in our family. My wife drives our 02 530 i Sport and I drive the SC4. The E39 is a great car. So far, other than preventive maintenance, we've only had the CCV go on the car in five years of ownership. IMO the E39 is the best looking 5 series to date. The SC is a great car as well. I say keep your E39 maintained and make a few upgrades (bumpers and suspension) and you'll love the car.

Haha, in a sense, yes.

But...the cb7 only had 68,000 miles on it...it was so mint.




I'm currently looking to join the SC family though. As soon as I find the right one..and work out something with this E39..

 

Dang didn't know the cb only had that many miles on her, good luck on finding a sc bro, and how are you and homegirl doing, didn't you find out she waas cheating on you I never heard the rest of the story.

 

i have to find one first.the 850 is one of my dream cars.i would get it and if it have to sit before repairs.so be it.
