I may suggest to have the 97+ tail light installed first and then see if you are getting the brake light warning, in many cases you may not get the warning light at all, but in case you do, there are different ways to solve it depending the cause, such as replacing lower current bulbs since 95 only has 2 bulbs each side, and 97+ has 3 per side thus may be drawing more current and trigger the warning light.
by FAR the cheapest and easiest solution is to splice 2 blinker bulbs from the old 95's into the new 97s, and tuck them away under the carpet.
no hyperblink or lamp out indicator on your console.
