Smile Condenser and drier replacement

Hello Folks,
A couple of weeks ago I replaced my condenser and drier. Mine is a 1991 soarer/SC400 so comes with R12 air con gas. I upgraded the system to R134a. Got both the condenser and drier from US £170 including postage. To do this job I had to unbolt the coolant unit to move the radiator backwards (nothing is disconnected) and to get access to the condenser. The new one just slipped into the place of the old one! The following pics might helpful for anybody taking up this task.

Old Condenser:

New Condenser:

New and old drier:

The whole system has been cleaned and checked for leaks. Found no problems what so ever!

Cheers

The bits just started to fell off. It is quite old (infact 19 years) and the design is too. Strangely it was still working perfectly fine in that state!
