I have just purchase a 1994 SC 300, with 155k miles (excellent car).... I have a engine shake at idle when hot or cold.... I have notice a oil leak from the distributor shaft to the engine..... has anybody experience this problem

 

yes it is a common issue, you will have to just replace the worn out dstributor o-ring. very simple to do.
