Default Low voltage with new alternator.

Recently my SC has been running strange and when I slow down the power steering shuts off intermittently. Finally one day the whole car shut down with all my dash shutting off first. My friend checked my alternator and it was only putting out 11.2 volts and so well swapped out a brand new Denso unit but it only went up 11.5 volts.

I searched here to see if others were having familiar problems and tried all the suggestions but still can't find the problem. We went through all the grounds and connections to the battery and the alternator as well but no luck.

Anyone have any more suggestions?
