I just bought my first lexus its a sc400 1992 i love it so far, however when i put gas the car acts funny it bogs and idles very rough i dont know why this is happening any feedback would be greatly appreciated. i use 93 octane.

 

I really doubt that it would be the gas itself.
does it smoke?

 

Fuel filter perhaps. When you gas it up, you're stirring up all the crap in the tank. You may go through a few fuel filters.

 

A bit more info would be great. Did it start all of a sudden? Some days better than others? Have you replaced fuel filter? etc?
