Well today I failed inspection because my fogs don't work. The bulbs are good but the connector that slides into the tab isn't very stable (not the bulb the thing connected to the cap.) So I figured for today I just take out the casing since my connector piece rubber is split down so that needs to be replaced.

I can't seem to get the casing out, searched and nothing on how to do it. I unscrewed these 2 nuts that held it. It's a little looser but I know there's something else holding it in and couldn't seem to see anything. What am I doing wrong guys?
