All of those kits in the pictures are the exact same (foglights not included, but yes they do all use the same fogs). The AC is likely the most durable, highest quality, and best fitting kit available for the SC. $1600 is shipped to LA. You have to arrange further transportation/shipping from there on. I'm guessing paint will be from $400-800 depending on the quality of paint you decide on. Install will vary, but I don't know typically how much they cost for kits. All of my friends installed their own bodykits.
