Would BC coilovers be good for a 1.5" drop?

If your just looking for a drop then any set would be fine. The BC also allow for custom rates

CXRACING coilovers.

Spring rate: 12kg/8kg

for only 629 they aren't half bad. Only thing I would do differently is get the ones with the stiffer spring rate. But other than that I can't complain too much about them. They can be a little bouncy at times and other times I feel like I'm on stock suspension. They still have a much better ride feel than the other cars that I have driven or have drove in

I have megan racing and they are wonderful for the price probably the cheapest quality coilovers out there. Great stiffness and can go really low. Megans or BC i would say would be the best budget coilovers

As far as ordering from PBM's website you'd probably get a better deal if you shopped around and ordered from a distributor. 70 dollars isnt too much for shipping, coilovers are heavy

What spring rates would you guys recommend? I don't race or drive to aggressively mostly just cruise.

I was on Ebay today and they have Cxracing coilovers with a higher Spring Rate:
Front 14kg(782 lb/in) / Rear 10kg

Would these be a good deal? They want $639.95 but I would make an offer at $600 even. I know you mentioned getting a higher spring rate which these are. Let me know because I might pick these. My Sc isn't my daily and I don't ride it hard so just looking to go a tad lower but would like a decent ride still. The roads where I drive are for the most part pretty smooth. Their is the occasional cracked pavement and waves but smooth overall.

I am looking at getting a set of coilovers...Did you get these? I was looking at the Megan LPs. My car is not a daily driver, won't go to the track, just to cruise...

Thanks,
Gee
