Looks as though Lexus SC400.COM is finally reacting to all of the criticism being heaped upon them. They have a fancy new web-page that they address the concerns of those that order through them.
I am currently in a fight with them to return floor mats that I DID NOT authorize payment on. I assume I am dealing with the "new" management so I don't know how true all of this really is.
