Question passanger seat and window issues(please help)

Does anyone know how to fix a passanger seat. The back piece is not working, but everything else works(seat bottom moves back and forth and tilts, and even the lumbar support works) My seat is just leaned back too far!

Also i cant roll down my passanger window from the drivers side controls, does anyone know what can cause this?

Thanks!
