Ok, so I just had a new alarm installed. (at a reputable shop)

Now when I turn on the air for ambient air i get HOT *** air!!

This is NO A/C and the dial is set to 69-72 degrees...

although when its set to max cool and the a/c is on it blows cold...

Yes, I did search, so either please leave a honest reply or dont reply at all

My A/C is fully charged.

the valves all work

I dont know if its a controller issue or a button issue....

anyone that has experienced this please chime in
