Throw a 1j in it, get it up to BPU and then daily it, people over analyze the cost, i just completed my 2jz swap in my 97 without spending a dime over $2700 and i have all new oem gaskets and such, USDM cams, fuel, turbos, and mods to support BPU, again all under $2700. Much much more fun to daily a car with 2 turbos versus having none, especially since you a have a 5 speed, she does look good though! How much did you pick her up for if i may ask? Post pics of ur other project too

lol, that thing is what the forum has been trying to figure out for ages! There is always a extra plug underneath our center console that no one had an idea what plugged into it, you have it. Looks to be a headset emulator for the car, plugs into where the headset goes, has a mic somewhere and uses the speakers as an ear piece! Pretty neat never seen one before. Best of luck with all the future modding!!P.S. Don't spend to much and make it so you can't refresh your xboxlive subscription like i did :'(

I've been holding out until I could find a 5speed, I got her for $3800! New clutch from Lexus last month, rebuilt AC a day before I got it, and a file folder of everything done in the past 10 years. Feels like it has 50k on it.
I'll toss some pictures up when more progress gets made. Still on the hunt for a rear subframe out of a GSX.

Ahh, the infamous cracked vents... All but one of mine are cracked and they haunt me every single day because I'm a perfectionist. One thing you can do is fill in the cracks with melted black wax, but come a hot day or excessive use with the heat and you can kiss that fix goodbye. Looks like you picked up a great looking SC, enjoy her!
