Default Manual to auto conversion

Hey, before everyone jumps up and flames me...
I currently own a bolt-on 1999 TL and am looking to get a second, more sporty and fun car, while staying luxorious.. I am thinking I will get a sc300, but I can't find one with a manual transmission, and was wondering if.
1. Someone could point me in the direction of a DIY thread
2. Have the exact parts list and estimated cost
3. Would recommend doing the conversion or just looking and wait for a manual one to appear online

please no flames, just trying to figure out if the sc is the direction I want to go

search button does wonders. go into advanced search and look specifically in the sc300/400 section.

right now there is a full w58 manual swap for sale in the "classifieds" section
