Default ruff idle on a sc400

So my parents have a sc400 just sittin in the garage they drove it a few times and i drove it for sum reason when hot the car idles ruffly?? is that common, you can barely stop the vibration when your at a stop light with your foot to the floor while on the brake.

wat could it be?? also the car is barely drivin from time to time. We changed the timing belt thinkin it was that but it wasnt.

all inputs are welcome!!
