Sorry for the delay again on the pictures. Hhhhheres a couple. I hope you like it. The camera made it look like its blue, but its actual amber blue, more white color. It actual shows the clear silicone more in the pictures also, but in person, you cant see it. I guess you could say it looks better in person.

We need to figure a way to get that sludge off the lens (3rd pic). You could seal it from the outer edges instead of the inside of the glass.

You are right OLT. I had originally tried SCOTTURNOT's link, but the poxy just wouldnt hold right. I ended having to redo both lights again with screws holding them this time, and I couldnt get that crap off. Once it sets, its there. I will say during the day, or in person, you cant really see it. It looks good. The flash from the camera made it look like a sore thumb.

You could also try taking them apart and scuffing up the inside with some 1000-1500 grit or so and leaving the outside polished up. Just a thought. Good work

Great mod, looks pretty good but that sludge kills it for me. I would reopen it and sand all that off and redo it. But that's just me, I am pretty picky about stuff like that.

I agree with everyone on here about the sludge. My whole idea was to get the same pattern on the side markers as the the front headlights. That I accomplished. BUT I will say its not as bad as it looks in the pictures. I may reopen them before the car show and try to remove the dried poxy again. Thanks for all the inputs!

About the color blue, they are more white than blue. The picture makes them appear more blue. I dont think they would be illegal in Alabama or any state for that matter. The color of the LED is amber white.

Roll Tide Roll................ They will be the next National champions... Watch out all you gator fans!

Before clear tail lights and even further back before ebay tail lights, people would use Home Depot light diffusers to clear their parts. If anyone grew up in the 90s they'll remember RJ Devera's "Kosoku" black civic coupe that had some tails made of this stuff.
