NA-T can be done cheaper than the others if you can do it yourself
1JZ is good if you can find one cheaply and don't plan on exceeding 14psi with stock twins
2jz-gte is good if you have monster power goals and a thick wallet

You can get some repectable numbers from the n/a motor. Just build it a little bit. If you are wondering what to do, here is how I break it down.
Deep pockets = 2JZGTE TT swap
Not so deep = NA-t
That is the question you have to answer. Do you have the 5-8 grand it takes to swap one? (thats a rhetorical question)
