Yup, I still have a MeganR coilover from my sc400 but I need to replace the front passenger side because it leaking. I called Megan to see if they can rebuilt it and they told me they don't have in-house repair but they do sell the rebuilt kit. Which I think it pretty f..up. Anyway I have to purchase a new piece.

Have any of you guys have your MR coilovers rebuild before?

It suppose to be 50-60k miles. From what the seller told me, he work at Toyota part dealers and when he did the swap he replace all gaskets, hoses, seals, timing belt, usdm supra water pump etc...This is one of the reason I hop on it right away.

I haven't seen the car in person yet, but I have all the high resolution pictures from top to bottom. I'm scheduled to flyout and check it out in 2 weeks. Now I'm hoping it drive smooth like my sc400 but with a little kick to it

I finally got a chance fly to AZ and check out the car but it wasn't what neither me or the seller expected. The car drive drive and boost nicely but when it come to the stop(red light) it start overheating.

What could be wrong here guys? Not enough air flow or coolant or thermostats is bad? It have supra radiator and new fan/clutch. The seller really gave me a good deal and ship it to me for free. This be really good deal if I can get this fix. This is a brand new swap, he show me a whole stack of receipts of what been done to the car.

Nah, this guy is a very honest seller. He was going through a divorce and didn't touch the car since the swap. He gave me my full refund when we discover this.

Yes it still have the shroud. It have a brand new fan and clutch so I don't think it the fan problem.

What if a thermostat is bad, does the car behave like this? Start overheating when the car is not moving?

Nope, I wouldn't trust it to drive back to TX. It start overheating when at a stop.
