Default Problem with Supra seats

I know there's a search and I used it but I didn't really find anything common to my problem so hopefully you guys can help.

I just installed some Supra seats into my SC and I just plugged it right in. However, my car is completely dead now, it doesn't even crank. I just did some searching on here and found out that I had to splice two wires

So how should I fix it? Replace the battery and/or alternator or remove the seats and do the splicing?

Thanks in advance for any help.

i don't think you've fried anything, maybe a fuse or two, check those first. I have never heard of splicing any wires, i had to splice mine because mine never came with a connector.

How did you plug them "just in"? The plugs are completely different.

Well I got them from someone who had them in his SC so I guess he already modified it to work? Everything was working fine, I was able to drive for about 15 minutes until the car completely died.

Check all your fuses before you do anything else.
