Default Motor Mount Replacement?

Is it possible to change the motor mounts on the SC300 without removing the engine? I thought I saw a DIY somewhere that showed how to do it without removing the engine, but I could be mistaken

You can just undo your motor mounts, and loosen the tranny mount, and then jack up the engine and replace them that way.

I was planning on changing the tranny and motor mounts together. Is there a DIY for it?

Not that I know of. Try finding a Chilton's manual at the library if you can't find a DIY online. They should have a walkthrough of pretty much everything.
